With a deep understanding of cultural contexts, i ensure that my approach resonates with clients from diverse backgrounds. I offer sessions in Urdu and Punjabi to cater to your unique needs. Your comfort and connection are my top priorities as we work together towards healing and growth.
Approach & Method
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of different counselling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Gestalt and Psychodynamic.
I combine aspects of each approach based on what you present with and what you are looking for.
I truly believe that everyone can benefit from counselling as it allows you to become more self aware. It is a unique experience which is why it is important for me to tailor the approaches to your individual needs.
